Her work motivating patients over the years has now developed into an exciting new medically supervised weight loss program called A Better You.

Dr. Monica Bais is a board certified internist who has been in private practice for over 13 years.

She is dedicated to helping individuals achieve a healthy lifestyle through a balance of fitness and nutrition. A Better You has been an ideal avenue by which she can achieve this goal working with other Doctors just as passionate as she is to help patients succeed in achieving their health goals.

Stephanie Leonetti, a nutritionist for A Better You, received a Bachelors of Science in Nutritional Sciences from Rutgers University.

Stephanie is dedicated to the field of Nutritional Sciences and working with others to live healthier, better lifestyles. She remains engaged and informed through research studies within the field to determine the best course for her patients. She recently helped local Police Officers lose over 540 pounds!


Carolyn Fazio

Carolyn Fazio Healthy Lifestyle NJ

Carolyn Fazio, a nutritionist who earned a Bachelor’s degree from Rutgers University in Nutritional Science/Dietetics. Also, earning a Personal Trainer certification through W.I.T.S to help use both fields as a unit because health and fitness truly are tied together when it comes to wellness.

I am passionate about nutrition and fitness especially when helping individuals over come obstacles. I am a true believer about giving advice to individuals about making behavioral modifications and applying this concept to ones lifestyle. Lifestyle is an important factor in a person and their decisions on food which helps a person make wiser and healthier choices because lifestyle is a way of life.
