Fit in a Few: A Quick Workout With Long-Lasting Results

Don’t use the holidays as an excuse for not working out!

The holiday season can be a stressful time and there is no better way to beat the stress of the season than with exercise. Plus, you deserve to look and feel your best.

This quickie holiday workout from fitness expert Lori Sawyer can be done at the gym or at home and delivers results fast.

All you need is a set of exercise bands and/or light weights (three pounds).

How to Get Fit Fast:

Jog in place for 1 minute

5 burpees

25 jumping jacks

5 burpees

Repeat the above

25 squats

15 dips (off your coffee table)

25 crunches

15 lunges (each way—so you’ll be doing 30 total)

Jog in place for 1 minute

20 bicep curls

20 rows

20 upright rows

Jog on place for 1 minute

One-minute plank

20 side squats

Repeat the above

Repeat this entire sequence from start to finish again
